I am an Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) at the School of Economics at the University of Kent and a member of the Macroeconomics, Growth and History Centre (MaGHiC). Prior to joining Kent in September 2022, I was a lecturer in Econometrics at the Department of Economics in the University of Southampton, U.K. My main research interests are in spatial econometrics, simulation methods, time series analysis, econometric theory and applied econometrics. My current research focuses on the development and evaluation of econometric techniques for spatial/network data. I have recently received funding from the British Academy/Leverhulme trust (SG162909) and I am an Editor for “RMS: Research in Mathematics“. I also serve as an exteral examiner for Postgraduate Econometrics at the University of Cambridge (2019-2022) and at the University of Essex (2020-present).
